تتمحور إشكالية المقال حول واقع التعليم و التأليف في قرطاج البونية، و هي قرطاج ما قبل الاحتلال الروماني، حيث أثبتت الدراسات التاريخية أن القرطاجيون أولوا اهتماما كبيرا بهذا القطاع الحساس الذي كان يؤمن بضرورة تغذية العقل قبل الجسد، فشيدوا لذلك الغرض المدارس و دور الكتب ليتبلور ذلك الاهتمام في وعي ثقافي، و تآليف متنوعة المجالات كلها كتبت بأنامل بونية كان أشهرها الموسوعة الزراعية لماغون التي بلغت شهرتها الآفاق.
و قد اعتمدت التربية في قرطاج على ثلاثة مبادئ رئيسية هي المسؤولية الذاتية و الاتكال على النفس، و الابتعاد عن الرذيلة، بمعنى أنها كانت تتمحور في ثلاثة مبادئ هي العمل و الاستقامة و المبادرة.
Abstract EN
The article studies the reality of education and writing in Punic Carthage, which is Carthage before the Roman occupation, where historical studies have proven that the Carthaginians cared about education and built schools and libraries to produce various disciplines, the most famous of which is the famous agricultural encyclopedia of magon.
education in Carthage relied on three main principles : self-responsibility, self-reliance, and avoiding vice, meaning that it was centered on three principles : work, integrity, and initiative.
