The Touat region is witnessing a quantum leap in the agricultural sector, which was embodied in the emergence of new features that enabled it to occupy a leading position in various agricultural fields, after adopting a comprehensive and well-defined development strategy by the state to revitalize the sector and make it productive by exploiting the ingredients present in the region, including the abundance of water and fertility.
