Abstract EN

This article tries to deal with some topics that are not really highlighted by literary works, especially in our time.

our reading habit has imposed a pattern of analysis and study of the novel.

this has often related to its narrative structure, its use of time and space, and to its polyphony.

we have noticed the interest of novelists, especially the Algerians in their in-depth search of what they want to write about, using documents, knowledge, and various sciences in an attempt to capture what is useful to them in reformulating the subject from a purely imaginary point of view, benefiting from that research in their fictional achievement.

we have seen in the novel of "at-Tarhan" that it resorted to the exact information that exists in the body of the text.

however, this type of research was imposed by the topic itself and its specificity.
