Abstract EN

The issue of the linguistic term has become one of the important issues that we must shed light on, especially in the educational field, as there are many publications in the linguistic term in general, and despite this, the researcher in the field of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers finds chaos in the issue of using the linguistic term.

this study monitored all the linguistic terms contained in some books of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers that are used in our universities and Arab institutes, and the monitoring includes what is mentioned of the linguistic terms in all their morphological, grammatical and spelling types, as well as the follow-up of linguistic terms wherever they are included in the core lessons or in the exercises accompanying the lessons.

the study tries to answer two basic questions within another group of ideas, and the two questions are.

what linguistic terms are offered to the foreign student who studies Arabic in some Arab universities ? what are the common terms between the studied curricula ?
