Flash poem represents an important form of the Arab poem either in terms of form or in terms of content.

it goes hand in hand with the occurred social, cultural and economic transformations.

so, the artistic and literary reality is subjected to these variables.

the forms of expression have been changed; the prose poem has emerged, besides the flash one, or the signature.

writing this new poetry isn’t limited to men, it rather includes women.

through this study, we attempt to know the most important Arab women, who wrote flash poems.

we focus on the pioneer models and the most important topics they addressed.
