The term deviation is widely known in critical and stylistic studies as it searches for distinctive characteristics in poetic language, and as in its linguistic connotation it is a departure from the usual, the prevailing, customary transgression, and thus it is an aesthetic addition practiced by the creator to transfer his emotional experience to the recipient in order to influence him.

this study deals with the poem ''I see you hard with tears your kindness is patience'', by Abu Firas al-Hamadani in light of the phenomenon of deviation in the study and approach as a feature of poetic languages, with what they cast on the literary discourse of allusive and indicative shades or provide it with ambiguity.
