Travel literature is considered as one of many other Arab literature sources throughout history due to the historical, geographic, social information and features of creativity it contains.

one of its oldest models "the journey of Abu Hamed al-Gharnatti" which was titled "the masterpiece of the minds and the elite of admiration", in which he mentioned the wonders and peculiarities of countries, seas and inhabitants in this study we tried to shed light on the miraculous and wondrous areas of his journey, relying on the descriptive and analytical approach.
