تستهدف هذه المقالة معالجة إشكالية قراءة الرمز الصوفي أثناء تموقعه بين السياق العرفاني للحقيقة وسياقات نصوص الشريعة في شكلها الفقهي، وذلك انطلاقا من نماذج لنصوص صوفية في كتاب "تنزل الأملاك على حركات الأفلاك أو التنزلات الموصلية" للشيخ الأكبر محي الدين ابن عربي، وكيف تم بناء هذا الخطاب على مستوى عميق من الكثافة الرمزية التي تستدعي الاستعانة بالتأويل كآلية تمكن المتلقي من الوقوف على الدلالات العرفانية الكامنة في ظاهر لغة الشريعة.
Abstract EN
The aim of this critical article is to address the problem of the Sufi symbol and its reading in the Sufi context and its context in Islamic law, and all this is based on texts in the book (the angels descend on the movement of planets and orbits) by Ibn Arabi and asking about how to create a symbolic literary text that needs interpretation until the reader can understand the mystical connotations.
