Through this article ; we aim to reveal methods and forms of professional mobility with in organizations , and how organizational loyalty is achieved as one of the basic principles that the organization seeks to establish in the soul of employees to preserve its organizational position and its ability to external discussion, by achieving the greatest degree of effectiveness and quality in performance , and revealing the method of promotion, which is one of the forms of upward mobility and its relationship with organizational loyalty, as well as the knowledge of the various dimensions of professional mobility and its impact on worker’s feelings and their organizational orientations.
