This study aims to clarify the specificity of the carrier's liability claim in the land transport contract for goods we have concluded that this lawsuit is subject to the rules that apply to contractual liability lawsuits, but the legislator has singled it out with some provisions that differ from the general rules in contractual liability lawsuits, as it can be dropped by the carrier by paying the non-acceptance when its conditions are met, and it can be abolishing it by means of the annual statute of limitations estimated at one year, and not by the statute of limitations known in the general rules, estimated at fifteen years.
