The purpose of this intervention is to provide an analytical picture of the components of tourism through attractions as an investment mechanism for economic development tourism is one of the most important sectors contributing significantly to the economic prosperity and an engine for development.

during the last millennium, Algeria has attached great importance to tourism, having become aware of the important role played by this sector in the development and evolution of the economic, social and cultural aspects of the country, which has considered long careless in contrast to its neighbors, namely Tunisia, which is mainly dependent on its economy of tourism revenues.

the Algerian republic has developed a range of different programs and provided substantial funds for the promotion of the sector across the various wilaya of the country, especially the big cities, including Constantine, which are the subject of our intervention because of its important place in its territory and again it is the capital of the east.

as it contains many and diverse tourist components, including natural, historical, religious and cultural status, which would be elevated to the first tourist rank on the national territory if exploited in a rational and sound scientific manner.

in particular, the city's tourist road, one of the most important tourist development projects carried out in 1895.

is the fate of the road from its completion to the present day and the role it has to play in attracting tourism, which considered as an investment and development mechanism at the same time a new process that gives the status of Constantine regionally, nationally and why not in the word ?
