Scientific voices calling for the necessity of marital rehabilitation for young people who are about to get married are increasing, because of the importance and the impact in protecting families and societies from the chaos of divorce and family disintegration.

the divorce case, at a rate of one divorce every 6 hours, 30% of which are among newly married couples, according to a report delivered by (Dzair news) channel on 03 / 09 / 2019.

in this intervention, we try to highlight the following concepts among young people : the concept of religion, honesty and frankness, in addition to the concept of the partner, and the concept of personal needs and their impact on marital choices.

in this intervention, we rely on the following training methods and techniques : first through using brainstorming by asking a question about a concept and recording their opinions and answers, as well as an extract technique for the traits and qualities that each partner wants in the other, moreover, their personal needs from each other.

the researcher concluded through her training in marital rehabilitation that emotional needs are the essence of mutual gratification between the partners and that they are the basis of the marital dispute that may not be clearly understood before.

other manifestations were noted such as harming dignity, disrupting ambition and frustrating expectations, however, its roots are directly linked the emotional frustration.

each partner anticipates the needs it expects and expects the other partner to give them back.

hence, this intervention aims to correct the misconceptions of young people about marriage, enlighten their ideas about the necessity of marital rehabilitation, and even the continuation of specialized marital counselling after marriage.
