This article deals with the issue of administrative and financial corruption and the mechanisms to combat it with reference to the case of Algeria, because corruption has transformed from a phenomenon into a system and a way of life in many countries, especially developing ones, and it is natural that the spread of this destructive behavior has negative effects and repercussions on the overall economic, social, political and educational conditions.

and morality in the country, and Algeria, like other countries, has not escaped this dangerous scourge and destructive behavior, which has spread widely and its episodes have escalated in the various activities of members of society, and for this reason it has become necessary to mobilize all capabilities to confront it, limit it and reduce its negative effects.

and a coordinated and collective action between the authority and the components of society to confront it, knowing that this confrontation will not be without cost, but reducing the risks and bad effects is still possible according to the speed and honesty of implementation, while the results reached are that corruption is the employee’s exploitation of his administrative position to achieve personal benefits that contradict the laws and legislation, and the study recommended the need to inculcate good morals in the human element, especially among employees, because it is the basis for any action my development.
