The issue of environmental protection has become more than a necessity, more than ever, due to human and industrial development, as civil society organizations strive to achieve environmental protection.

charitable work, especially in the form of associations, can take the lead as a representative of civil society in its protection of the environment, especially because it is of a voluntary economic nature for the state, and it penetrates all layers of society, as it is one of the legal means and an effective partner for the state that helps it achieve its environmental strategies.

despite the contributions of environmental protection associations in spreading environmental awareness and its impact on environmental decisions, it did not reach the required level.

therefore, environmental protection associations should redouble their efforts more in order to preserve the most important human right.
