Abstract EN

This research aims to study the principles of corporate governance represented in transparency, accountability, justice and responsibility, and their relationship to business ethics as a set of moral principles and values that represent the behavior of individuals and workers, and the extent to which these principles are applied in the Algerian economy.

the study concluded that ethics is considered the core of the corporate governance framework, as we find that a sound ethical system includes core values : responsibility, transparency, fairness and accountability, which govern the development and application of corporate governance systems, for the interest of institutions and society.

Algeria, has established a corporate governance charter, desiring to keep pace with reforms and keep abreast of economic developments.
