Abstract EN

The study aims to address the issue of strategic thinking to set goals, and draw long-term plans, which includes future ideas based on deep and logical thinking, in drawing up public policy in Algeria, and the extent to which strategic measures are taken in a very complex environment, competition despite the followed reform strategy, and the ability of the system to make strategic decisions that provide ways to understand and control the phenomena of change, the study concludes that the nature of political decisions and government programs is characterized by ambiguity and centralization without the involvement of other actors, which contributed to the weakness of policies and the failure of their implementation, and to develop them, the role of strategic thinking and its impact on advisory systems must be activated to state institutions.
