يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الجزائر، على ضوء تحليل مجموعة من المؤشرات، حيث أنه وفي خضم التحولات التي يعرفها العالم، يتجه الاقتصاد العالمي نحو الاندماج في ما يعرف باقتصاد المعرفة، ولتحقيق هدف البحث والإجابة على الإشكالية تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، والذي تجسد من خلال قراءة، تحليل وتقييم مختلف الحقائق الراهنة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في الجزائر في ضوء مؤشرات الهاتف الثابت، الهاتف النقال، شبكة الإنترنت وعدد المتعاملين ومقدمي الخدمات، شهد تطورا كبيرا مقارنة بالسنوات السابقة، ولكن رغم ذلك إلا أن الجزائر لا تزال بعيدة عن مسايرة التطورات العالمية في هذا المجال، وهذا نتيجة ما تواجهه من مشاكل وصعوبات مادية، بشرية، تقنية وطبيعية.
Abstract EN
This research aims to highlight the reality of information and communication technology in Algeria, in the light of analyzing a set of indicators.
whereas, in the midst of the transformations that the world is experiencing, the global economy is moving towards integration into what is known as the knowledge economy, the study concluded that the reality of information and communication technology in Algeria in light of the indicators of landline telephone, mobile phone, the internet and the number of dealers and service providers in the field of communication witnessed a great development compared to previous years, but despite that, Algeria is still far from keeping pace with global developments, and this is the result of the problems and difficulties it faces.
