The study aims to shed light on how multinational companies contribute to the support and development of the industrial subcontracting sector through the development of small and medium subcontracting companies.

to achieve the objectives of the study, one of the most important methods of the descriptive approach was used, which is the case study, where two subcontracting institutions, the Lafarge Cement of M'sila, were chosen as a sample for the field and traditional study.

the traditional method was used to analyze the interviews that were used and document the observation as the most important data collection tools.

we have reached several results, the most important of which is that Lafarge cement of M'sila, pays great attention to its subcontracting institutions, including the industrial subcontracting sector.
