Muhammad Abed al-Jabri is one of the few thinkers in contemporary Arab thought who have contributed to their research and writings to reconsider and evaluate Islamic philosophical thought.

he believes that history has not been wronged, as has the injustice of philosophical thought in Islam.

they saw him as a mere embodiment of the Greek and Persian thinkers in their own land, and until it is settled and rethought it is necessary to distinguish between the cognitive content and the ideological content of Islamic philosophy.

by this distinction we can understand philosophy in its context and circumstance, savvy to address them and provide answers to them.
