Abstract EN

With the increasing intensity of the technological and digital wave, the interest of research relating to the question of the social bond has increased, especially with regard to societies which are currently in full transformation, such as our society.

in this article, we have worked on the treatment of the social bond in the urban center in stability and change in the city of Médéa, according to an anthropological approach.

also, we have adopted the ethnographic approach, which is based on intensive description as an important technique.

we have also adopted two tools, that of observation and participant observation to collect ethnographic data from the research community.

after the process of analysis, results have been obtained, the most important of which concerns the values of family solidarity that guide the individual according to fixed determinants, which have been narrowed down in the light of the use of technology, especially social media.

and this within the framework of an intellectual wave characterized by post-modernism and beyond.

the results also showed that there had been a change in the traditional structures of newcomers and occupants of the urban space, which brought out new dynamics in the urban space under an aspect of predisposition to the individualism on the part of the actors.
