Women like ,en have contributed to building society and have always been an active element in development working in agriculture and participating in wars ,as well as working at home to serve their families.

many conventions have recognized women’s right to work and ensure that they are protected from any abuse or injustice.

the aim of this study is to prove that working women have contributed to development and helped improve the standard of living of their families, as well their success in working and reconciling their homes and work, and took the highest positions in the state with their seriousness and sense of responsibility, which is an innate feeling for women.

the research relied on the descriptive and analytical approach and used the comparative approach though a comparative study between Algerian legislation and other laws whether Arab or forian and international.
