The subject of this study constitutes a research attempt to discuss a scientific, advocacy and historical revolutionary figure who was able to establish a modern system by which the joints of the Algerian state would be fixed on the one hand, and to fight the forces of French colonialism on the other hand.

it is the personality of prince Abd al-Qadir, who was able in a short time to collect-after the grace of God-what the hand of Satan dispersed France from the people of this country, which was sacrificed by scientific and advocacy jihad, waiting for the mercy bestowed and the grace bestowed on our master Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and to clarify the intent of the research, this study dealt with the features this scientific and advocacy jihad, and its most important pillars, and its impact on building the Algerian resistance and the establishment of the modern state on the Sunnah of the righteous predecessors.
