Abstract EN

The topic of this scientific article is determined in the search for philosophical dimensions from literary texts in the Arab Islamic cultural heritage with the model of “Abu Hayyan al-Tawhidi” whose literary texts carried in our heritage philosophical dimensions related to modernity and humanism, as recorded in his books, especially : “al-Shawamil Wa al-Hamil”, and “enjoyment and sociability”, and “al-Muqabat”.

the aim of this study is to identify the nature of the relationship between literature and philosophy from our heritage on the one hand, and to invest these heritage texts with their philosophical goals in the contemporary Arab historical stage that has been ravaged by internal and external violence and terrorism, and completely contradicting all manifestations of tolerance, reason, modernity and renaissance on the one hand.
