استهدفت دراستنا هذه موضوع العقد النفسي و علاقته بمركز الضبط حيث حاولنا دراسة طبيعة العقد النفسي، حالاته و أبعاده في المؤسسة العمومية (مانطال للأغطية و النسيج) تلمسان، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في عملية البحث تكونت عينة الدراسة من 60 عامل و لجمع المعلومات استخدمنا مقياس Inventery «PCI» psychological contrat لدينيس روسو كما اخترنا مقياس مركز الضبط للفينسون (1972)، استعملنا الأسلوبين الإحصائيين لسبيرمان و بيرسون و قد أظهرت النتائج على آن العقد النفسي في مؤسسة مانطال هو تحولي و تعدد العقد النفسي عند العامل الواحد أو ما يطلق عليه النفاق التنظيمي كما توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين العقد النفسي و مركز الضبط لدى عينة البحث.
Abstract EN
The psychological contrat and its relationship to the center of control were the focus of this research.
Dennis Rousseau’s inventery “PCI” psychological contrat scale was used.
the Vinson center of control scale (1972).
we used the spearman and pearson statistical methods.
the findings revealed that the mantal foundation's psychological contrat is transformative, and that the psychological contrat is multiple for one worker, a phenomenon known as organizational hypocrisy.
in the research sample, there is also a correlational relationship between the psychological contrat, and locus of control.
