Abstract EN

This study aims to determine the contribution of information technology to improvement of the public service at the national electricity and gas corporation of the state of Guelma, this research was carried out based on the analytical descriptive approach through the use of the questionnaire as an essential tool, the 51 of its form was distributed to the administrative staff of the foundation.

despite the results confirmed by its it contribtion to improving the public service of the thoughtful institution, this contribution was confined only to tow dimensions which has led us to propose that it is necessary to create an appropriate organizational environment for staff to increase productivity and improve public service by reviewing organizational structures, improved luminosity and freedom as well as work to spread its culture of exploiting information technology among staff.
