Abstract EN

This research paper aimed to identify the impact of organizational silence on the organizational citizenship behavior from the point of view of the employees managers within Djen Djen port-Jijel.

this can be done through measuring and analyzing the relationship and the impact between organizational silence as the independent variable, and organizational citizenship behavior as the dependent variable.

the study population consisted of 111 managers employees within Djen Djen port-Jijel.

we used the questionnaire to collect data.

it was distributed on the study sample (86 managers).

data were processed statistically by using the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS V19) the study reached a number of results.

it proved that : there was a significant impact of organizational silence on organizational citizenship behavior of the employees managers in Djen Djen port-Jijel.
