هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى نجاح الجزائر في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في السنوات الأخيرة، و الخروج من التبعية المطلقة لقطاع المحروقات، من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات التي يمكن من خلالها تقييم التجربة الجزائرية في هذا المجال.
و قد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر فشلت بنسبة كبيرة في تحقيق هذا الهدف، و أن أمامها الكثير من الإصلاحات التي يتوجب القيام بها خصوصا في مجال تنويع هيكل الصادرات، و تقليص الاعتماد على إيرادات الجباية النفطية في تمويل الخزينة العمومية، و كذا توفير بيئة الأعمال الملائمة التي تساعد القطاع الخاص على لعب دوره في الاستثمار و خلق الثروة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to highlight the success of Algeria in terms of economic diversification, in recent years.
therefore, being independent from the absolute ties to the fossil fuel sector, through a set of indicators that can be applied in order to evaluate the Algerian experience in this field.
your this study has led to a conclusion that Algeria had tremendously failed to reach that goal, and it has a list of many must-do reforms, especially in diversifying the export structure, reducing the reliance on the petroleum tax income to finance the public treasury, and providing a convenient environment for business that helps the private sector accomplish its mission of investment and wealth creation.
