in this framework, and in order to protect the electronic user and protect the websites and information systems through which these transactions are made legal and technical mechanisms to combat these crimes and to enact laws on electronic commerce.

the world countries have also made significant efforts in the field through the development of domestic legislation that supports e-commerce transactions and reduces their risks to their clients.
