This research paper sheds light on the dangers that electronic waste has become to human life and the environment, due to the toxic substances it contains that result in devastating effects, and repercussions of the maximum degree of danger, and from it we reveal the role of the provisions of international law in the management of this type of waste, whether through the content of international agreements, or the mechanisms of international institutions and organizations, and its role in controlling this type of waste, and safe disposal with the least possible damage, by recycling it.

estimating the core values of raw materials found in electronic waste globally with large weights, in light of the increasing proportion globally, and the doubling of its prevalence in developing countries that do not have sufficient technology to act towards it, as industrialized countries were keen to export it to these countries on the basis that it is treated.
