an employee who has been subjected to disciplinary sanctions of the first or second degrees can request reinstatement, while if he is subject to sanctions of the third or fourth degree, he cannot request reinstatement, and therefore these last sanctions remain in his disciplinary file throughout his career.

this article deals with the situation and fate of the employee who was subjected to penalties of the third or fourth degree and who cannot be rehabilitated in application of the text of article 176 of order 06-03.
