The phenomenon of consuming drunkenness substances is a dangerous social phenomenon, as it has been associated with the committing of various crimes indeed, many people commit their crimes while drunk due to the organic and psychological effects on them the issue has become a matter of interest for legalists as to determine the impact of criminal responsibility accordingly, we will try through this research paper, to shed light on the limits of the criminal liability when taking products that lead to drunkenness according to Algerian legislation, and to what extent is has successed in that while highlighting the legal loopholes if there is any.
