The Principle of Monetary Gold is A Procedural Legal Rule According to Which International Courts Refrain From Adjudicating Affected Cases Brought Before Them When There is an Indispensable Third Party Whose Interests are Fundamentally By the Decision To Be Issued By the court.

Accordingly, The Court Can Decide the Rights and Obligations of the Absent Third Country, And Several Bases Have Been Put Forward to Justify the Principle of Monetary Gold, Which is Closely Related to the Concept of Joint International Responsibility, Specifically The Joint International Responsibility of Countries and International Organizations, As it is That Countries and International Organizations Contribute to Indivisible Harm to Third party, The Principle Has Been Applied in Some Cases of Joint International Responsibility And in Line With What Has Been Mentioned, This Research Clarifies the Meaning of the Monetary Gold Principle By Clarifying the Concept of the Principle in the First Topic, And We Discuss the Impact of the Principle on Joint International Responsibility in the Second Topic.

umé : Le principe de l'or monétaire est un principe procédural selon lequel les juridictions internationales s'abstiennent de statuer sur les affaires portées devant elles et lorsque il y a un tiers indispensable dont les intérêts seront fondamentalement affectés par la décision à rendre par le tribunal.

Ce principe émane de la pratique judiciaire de la Cour internationale de Justice et il n'est appliqué que dans des circonstances exceptionnelles où la Cour ne peut déterminer les droits et obligations de l’État tiers absent.

Plusieurs bases ont été avancées pour justifier le principe de l'or monétaire qui est étroitement lié au concept de responsabilité internationale conjointe, en particulier la responsabilité internationale conjointe des États et des organisations.

Il est courant que les États et les organisations internationales contribuent à causer un préjudice indivisible à un tiers.

Cette recherche vise à clarifier le l’objectif de l’application du principe dans certains cas de responsabilité internationale conjointe et conformément au principe de l'or monétaire, en expliquant d’abord le concept de ce principe, et en abordant l'impact du principe sur la responsabilité internationale commune en suite.
