Abstract EN

This paper aims to shed light on a very important topic, especially at the international level, which is considered the main concern of the whole world, namely the phenomenon of climate change, where the focus was on introducing this negative phenomenon and showing how dangerous and threatening it is to continue life.

Emphasis was also placed on the role of the international community in all its spectrums because it is considered the main actor in protecting the environment from all threats, especially the phenomenon of climate change, where a set of legal mechanisms have been developed, including institutional mechanisms such as the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, and the enactment of a set of international instruments to confront this dangerous phenomenon such as the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, and several policies have been prepared to reduce this phenomenon, including the policy of mitigation and adaptation.

Cet article vise à faire la lumière sur un sujet très important, en particulier au niveau international.

En effet, le phénomène du changement climatique est considéré comme la principale préoccupation du monde entier.

L’accent donc sera mis sur la définition de ce phénomène négatif et sa dangerosité sur la continuité de la vie.

On abordera aussi le rôle de la communauté internationale comme le principal acteur de la protection de l’environnement contre cette menace, et l’ensemble des mécanismes juridiques qui ont été élaborés, qu’ils soit institutionnels; tels que le Groupe d’experts intergouvernemental sur l’évolution du climat, ou la promulgation d’un ensemble d’instruments internationaux pour faire face à ce phénomène dangereux, tels que la Convention-cadre des Nations Unies sur les changements climatiques, et les politiques qui ont été élaborées pour réduire ce phénomène, y compris la politique d’atténuation et d’adaptation.
