The ICRC had played a pivotal an active role in protecting the culturalproperties during the non_internationalarmedconflicts by relying on its most important principleslikeimpartialityprincipleneutrliyprinciple and humanity principle.

The work of the international committee based on making the parties aware of their legal obligations tothishumanwealth butduringoutbreak of the militaryoperationsthe ICRC receives and transmits the complaints from the national societiesthatworks in the conflict areas.
