إشكالية الدفع الإلكتروني في الجزائر : دراسة تحليلية خلال الفترة(2016-2022)‎

Abstract EN

Our study aims to analyze the state of the electronic payment activity and to measure its degree of use in commercial transactions in Algeria, as well as to present the opportunities for the development of electronic payment and the challenges it faces.

for this, we used the inductive method to analyze the electronic payment indicators in Algeria during the period 2016-2022.

according to the data of the study, digital inclusion in Algeria is one of the main keys to winning the bet of electronic payment and settlement of commercial transactions.

the study also concluded that, although the development of electronic payment offers undeniable advantages, it is still in its infancy and requires significant levels compared to the level of technology currently available in Algeria.

the results indicate that the obstacles that hinder the growth of e-commerce in Algeria are mainly due to the weakness of electronic payment and the lack of qualified resources in addition to environmental and economic constraints.

on the other hand, the study recommended the need to rebuild the planning model and develop the digital infrastructure in Algeria, as it is considered an engine of growth, productivity and wealth creation.
