The purpose of this study is to show how does the Algerian television productions have changes especially in media that was affected by the new modern technology in so many fields in which the production and creativity processes of media content took place, thus the Algerian television production have occurred a lot of development by developing its content with attractive way to increase viewership.

the study has reached several results, but the most important of which is the Algerian public institution for compete with this data, by working with digital technologies and adopting them in the stages of television production.
