In this article, we intend to address the issue of "school" educational Arabic rhetoric and its problems by examining modern projects-which imposed themselves-in both their traditional and modern parts, and the extent to which modern curricula benefit from the various observations made by specialists, and show whether their applications were translated into the reality of textbooks completed in the shadow of the new approaches, whether linguistic or pedagogical, and what are the horizons of educational rhetoric and its contributions to the service of the individual and society, and the development of their communicative approaches.
