ازداد دور القاضي الإداري في المنازعات العقارية تعقيدا حيث يفرض عليه إضافة إلى الفصل بين مصلحتين شخصيتين، التوفيق بين المصلحة الفردية و الصالح العام، خاصة و أن قواعد الاختصاص فيها غير مضبوطة بدقة و يتنازع في كثير منها القاضي الإداري و القاضي العادي.
Abstract EN
The administrative judge's role in real estate disputes has increased, in addition to separating two personal interests, he is also required to reconcile the individual interest with the public interest.
