نظرا لخطورة جريمة خطف الأطفال فقد حظيت باهتمام كبير من طرف المشرع الجزائري، فبالإضافة إلى الحماية التي توفرها نصوص قانون العقوبات للطفل من جرائم الاختطاف، تدخل المشرع الجزائري مرة أخرى لتوفير أكبر قدر من الحماية الجزائية اللازمة لهذه الفئة، و ذلك بسنه للقانون رقم 20-15 المؤرخ في 30 ديسمبر 2020 المتعلق بالوقاية من جرائم اختطاف الأشخاص و مكافحتها، لذلك فإن هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى توضيح الآليات الموضوعية و الإجرائية المقررة في التشريع الجزائري لتوفير الحماية الجزائية للطفل من جرائم الاختطاف.
Abstract EN
Given the seriousness of the crime of kidnapping children, it has received great attention from the Algerian legislator.
in addition to the protection provided by the provisions of the penal code for children from kidnapping crimes, the algerian legilator intervened again to provide the greatest amount, by enacting law No 20-15 of on December 30, 2020 related to the prevention and combating of kidnapping crimes, hereford, this study aims to clarifie the substantive and procédural mécanismes établisse in Algérien législation to provider pénal protection for childe frome kidnapping crimes.
