To move toward a proper digitization of public transactions, the transition stages must be strictly respected, and causes, motives, and requirements of each stage must be adjusted, as its consequences must be examined to reach the integration stage, following the intelligent pattern of management by using the potential of technology of all kinds.

in this study, we tried to explain the need to shift towards digitizing transactions and highlight the importance of electronic advertising as well as the electronic portal of public transactions.

we spoke about the principles that must be respected when designing a public transactions informatics system, explaining the techniques developed to digitize public transactions through reverse electronic auction, and dematerializing electronic public transactions.
