Abstract EN

This study aims to know the role of social network applications for Enterprise, in increasing the efficiency of the internal communication of the Enterprise.

And to achieve this goal we relied on a case study of the practical Directorate of Algeria Telecom in Chlef, through the questionnaire tool that was distributed to a sample of 93 people, where 85 questionnaires were retrieved, including 79 questionnaires valid for analysis; Using the statistical analysis program (SPSS).

Finally, we concluded that the Operational Directorate of Algeria Telecom in Chlef relies on its own social network, called Outlook.

And that the latter contributes to an acceptable degree in increasing the efficiency of internal communication in the institution under study, based on the results of the analysis Interpreting the outputs of the SPSS program.

Where the difference in using this application is attributed to increase the efficiency of internal communication variable educational level, is largely related to the undergraduate's degree.

And it is attributed to the job rank variable and to a large extent to the rank of the framework.
