Abstract EN

This study aims to shed light on emerging enterprises in Algeria, especially with regard to the challenges they face and the most important incentives given to them.

We also touched on a successful model in the leadership of start-ups represented by the Algerian company "Yassir", which specializes in innovative transportation service that can be used by smartphone anywhere and at any time possible.

In this study, we used the data analysis of the Algerian institution "Yaseer" using the descriptive analytical method appropriate for this type of study.

we reached several results, the most important of which is that the start-up Algerian enterprise "Yaseer", which started from an innovative idea in only one city, reached in a short time to success and globalization thanks to its unique model, and its rigor in work, which is evident through the way it selects its partners.
