Considered the most important tool that constitutional systems resort to in countries where differences have become severe, whatever their causes and goals, after the shortcomings that characterize traditional democracy based on the majority system and its relative failure to prevent internal conflicts it mainly aims to bring the constituent components of the political community in the country as close as possible to prevent threats to political and social stability, achieve as much political justice as possible and protect the rights of minorities, especially in socially and nationally heterogeneous countries consensual democracy is reflected in the constitutional and then legal system of the state, and therefore this study aims to demonstrate the most important consequences of adopting consensual democracy on the constitutional document, whether in terms of its status or in terms of its content.
