This article deals with a number of elements related to the necessity of valuing the national cultural heritage in its material and non-material aspects and exploiting it in a way that is commensurate with the natural, geographical and cultural capabilities of the country, since it is not possible to achieve economic development without diversifying national income and paying attention to tourism investment by activating the principles of cultural engineering, as well as The activities of the local community to promote development, and raise the level of response to government programs and plans related to the promotion and appreciation of heritage, which requires the adoption of scientific approaches in which specialties meet, and expertise intersects in order to ensure that obstacles are overcome and that they serve the development project.

by using the results of academic research, especially in anthropology, which does not include fields such as special scientific specialization in a specific field, especially with the expansion of research in economic anthropology and development anthropology.

Moreover, it is necessary to rely on digitalization as a means of introducing the touristic heritage, attraction, and revitalization, as well as showing all the touristic, historical, and cultural attractions of Algeria.
