Abstract EN

The following study aims to reveal the effects of unemployment on the unemployed university graduates, and to know the differences in the level of depression, both the qualitative approach and the depression scale were used after confirming their phsycometric characteristics, the study sample consist of (86)unemployed, the results showed that the university graduate has depression at a level ranging from medium to hight, the research also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences in scales based on gender and university level variables ,while there are differences when it comes to the variables of social situation and unemployment duration.
