هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات و الاتصالات على النمو الاقتصادي لعينة من 19 دولة عربية للفترة 2005-2018، باستخدام بيانات البانل وفي إطار التحليل الساكن و الديناميكي.
و أظهرت نتائج التحليل الساكن ملاءمة نموذج التأثيرات الثابتة وأن مصدر الاختلاف بين الدول عينة الدراسة هو الحد الثابت و ليس العشوائي.
أما نتائج التحليل الديناميكي فبينت وجود علاقة إيجابية و معنوية بين النمو الاقتصادي و عدد مشتركي الإنترنت، الهاتف النقال و الثابت في الأجل القصير، و علاقة ايجابية و معنوية مع عدد مشتركي الهاتف النقال و الثابت و مؤشر الانفتاح التجاري فقط، وذلك في الأجل الطويل.
وجاء معامل تصحيح الخطأ سالبا و معنويا، أي وجود آلية تصحيح خطأ التوازن
Abstract EN
This study aimed to measure the impact of ICTs on the economic growth for a sample of 19 Arab countries during 2005-2018.
The study employed the panel data Model, within the frame work of static and dinamic panel.
This study reached that the best appropriate model, within the frame work result of static analysis of panel data is the FEM, and the main difference between these countries refers the intercept.
This, while the dinamic analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between the economic growth, the number of internet, mobile and fixed subscribes in the short term, a positive and significant relationship between the economic growth, mobile and fixed subscribes and the openness on the foreign trade only in the long term results.
