تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح كيف أثرت الأزمة المالية العالمية لـ2008 على تطور العولمة المالية معبر عنها بحركة التمويل الدولي.
حيث اعتمدنا على تحليل تطور أشكال التمويل الدولي قبل الأزمة و بعد الأزمة إلى غاية سنة 2017، وتوصلنا إلى أن التمويل الدولي عرف تراجعا كبيرا و تغيرت تركيبته بتراجع هيمنة القروض الدولية و تزايد الاعتماد على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، و هو ما يعتبر عاملا إيجابيا لتجنب أزمات مالية في المستقبل
Abstract EN
This study aims to clarify whether the 2008 global financial crisis has a negative impact on the development of financial globalization.
We analyzed the development of international financing flows before and after the crisis until 2017, and we find that international financing collapsed sharply and its composition changed by the decrease in the international lending share and the increase in the FDI share, which is a positive factor to avoid future financial crisis.
