تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم الممارسات البيئية و الاجتماعية و حوكمة الشركاتESG لشركة Lafarge Holcim و معرفة نقاط القوة و الضعف لتأثيرات معايير ESG، و ذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي لتحليل ممارساتها في مجال الاستدامة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أداء متميز للممارسات البيئية و الاجتماعية و حوكمة الشركات لشركة Lafarge Holcim لقدرتها على دمج عوامل ESG في إستراتيجيتها و عملياتها و إدارة المخاطر بها

This study aims to assess the environmental, social and corporate governance practices of Lafarge Holcim and know the strengths and weaknesses of the ESG impacts, using the descriptive approach to analyze its practices in the field of sustainability.
