Therefore, the subject of the study aims to remove the confusion that can affect the civil status system and to know its reality and prospects, Addressing the position of the Civil Status Law in regulating this relationship.

The study ended with defining the authority of the Public Prosecution Office in correcting civil status documents, with an indication of both the regular and electronic correction procedures for civil status records, which are carried out under the supervision of the space.
