هناك طرق اثبات الخصومة متفق عليها و طرق مختلف فيها.
من بينها حكم القاضي بعلمه الشخصي الذي انقسم بشأنه الفقهاء إلى رأيين : رأي يجيز ذلك مطلقا، و رأي ينكر ذلك تماما.
و لكل فريق منهما أدلته و حججه من الكتاب و السنة و الرأي المعقول.
بالإضافة إلى رأي القوانين الوضعية و التشريعات الحديثة

The paper is about the judge's ruling with his personal knowledge, bout which the jurists were divided into two opinions: an opinion that olutely permits it, and an opinion that completely denies it.
And each of them has its evidence and arguments from the Book, the Sunnah, and reasonable opinion.
In addition to the opinion of statutory laws and modern legislation.
